Reclaiming blow-in insulation.

We deconstructed the interior of this 1920's home and used almost all of the existing materials to completely renovate the building.  The building now houses modern office spaces in downtown Boulder.  The floor is the old gym floor from Western State College, in Gunnison, CO.120 year-old barn wood, resawn into trim for this super high eff. fiberglass framed window.

In this custom home project, we used all engineered and reclaimed products in the framing.

Reclaimed gym flooring.  We installed the floor with the paint left on and it looks wild!

 Here is the same reclaimed gym floor from above.  On this project, we sanded all the paint off (prior to installation) and refinished with PU.  Notice all the "bird's eye" and "quilting" in this old maple flooring.

 We turned this 100 year old barn timber (and an old door) into the dining table bench below for a family in Boulder
